Sign Materials
Vinyl
Adhesive vinyl is used in a variety of signage applications. This material is directly applied to vehicles, windows, walls, floors and a variety of sign substrates.
Vinyl is available in many different colors and finishes (matte, gloss, metallic, reflective, translucent etc.), and can also be digitally printed on.
Lexan
Lexan, also known as Polycarbonate panels are used for backlit illuminated signage. When a light source, such as fluorescent or LED lighting is placed behind this substrate, it will illuminate the entire panel and the translucent vinyl applied to it – creating a glowing effect thus making it the industry standard for lighted signs. It has a high impact resistance and UV resistance to ensure that it is long lasting.
ACM (Aluminum Composite Material)
Aluminum Composite Material, also known as ACM is a sign substrate that is used for exterior building signs, interior signs, and post & panel signs. It is made up of two layers of aluminum with a polyethylene (plastic) core. It is popular for being highly durable yet lightweight, and the ability to maintain it’s shape despite both temperature and wind conditions.
Coroplast
Coroplast, also known as corrugated plastic has a versatile range of signage applications. Typically used for yard signs, but also a good option for any temporary signage. It is a lightweight material and a budget option.
